Management Board
The Fence Inc is managed by a three member Management Board team. Each member of the Management Board is responsible for one or more business units within The Fence Inc. Together, they ensure the stability and further development of the Group.

Stephanie Walsh
Member of the Management Board, CFO
Stephanie has been recognized for her commitment and contributions in both the community and corporate sectors for more than 14 years. In her practice, she has collaborated closely with boards of directors across both private and public sectors to bolster governance frameworks and promote organizational goals. Moreover, she has a wealth of experience in the role of financial officer.
Brenda A Simmons

Brenda possesses many years of professional experience in strategic community engagement, as well as corporate and social responsibility. Brenda, with her expertise in leadership and communications, has demonstrated success in creating meaningful collaborations and executing initiatives that foster community change.
Supervisory Board
One of the most important tasks of the Supervisory Board is to monitor the Management Board. It controls, advises and monitors important corporate planning and decisions. The Supervisory Board of The Fence Inc currently consists of two members and is made up of five shareholder representatives and four employee representatives.
